Possibly the hardest out of the three new robot masters, make sure you stay on the island and figth toe-to-toe with him, if you stay in the water he uses a very fast projectile, often in waves which are very likely to hit you, instead jumping and sliding makes it easily, the only problem then is the water jet, which in theory is best to stay in the water until you see the water jet end and then jump into it, you'll land on the island with enough time to dodge without being pushed off.
