Yes, Anni-Frid Lyngstad Princess of Reuss is the most beautiful and ever best ABBA singer. True, she and Benny divorced just a year ago then. This is the last but one video of ABBA then they separated, unfortunately. We shall sympathetically commemorate dolorous the fate Frida suffers from infinitely. I see her through. To ABBA and all of its friends I cordially wish them a Happy New Year.

I was a big on ancient mythology and legends in my school days, and the tale of Cassandra of Troy was one the most moving and tragic that I ever read. About the same time, ABBA came along. From the first earful of "Dancing Queen," Agnetha and Annifrid stole my heart away. But to find out later on that they had produced a song inspired by the sad story of the Trojan Prophetess... HARMONIC HEAVEN!!! Anna, Benny, Bjorn & Frida... you guys were, are and always will be tops on my list! ROCK ON!!!

Hi!. "Cassandra" was first time released as "B" side on Single record "The day beforeyou came" releaset oct.1982. Can also be found on CD "The Visitor" rereleased 2001 as "bonus track". Original "The Visitor" was relesed nov.1981. As you say, this is a terrific song.

you know whats funny? i was thinking of an idea for a story(i love writing and i want to become an author) and after hearing this song for the first time i got a story idea! i named the main chracter Cassandra for that reason, and i'll make ABBA references in the story, including this song.

and yet they performed this terrific song in front of a addience and did not release it at the time in 1982. Why? It finally appeared on I LOVE ABBA album in 1984.
