I can say it in a few words. Medicaid is flat out welfare and many who are on it do not belong there.

Indeed. Medicaid should be supplements for the elderly. And, give it to the veterans. They deserve it most.

Medicaid is the biggest sham ever. It's just made of fail. I see constant abuses of medicaid on an almost daily basis. I get called to the houses of medicaid patients who want to go to the hospital by ambulance for no valid medical reason. In their living room, they usually have a 42" or greater plasma TV. Eliminate medicaid, have a government matched Health Savings Account and a community rated major medical insurance with a high ($2-5,000) deductible in case expenses exceed savings.
